Toby Mac Releases Stephanie Smith's First Single

I'm happy! Tickled silly pink-happy, as my friend Jonathan says. I'm listening to one of this year's Christian hits. I'm sure of it. You can hear it, too. And I promise you'll be dancing! I'm listening to Stephanie Smith! Stephanie was a shy and awkward fourteen-year-old when she attended one of our first Pure Freedom events eight years ago. She still has the pearl she took as she made a commitment to pursue the Pearl of Great Price with all her heart and soul. Stephanie’s youth group was led by Pastor Jonathan Weibel who is our worship leader. Her life has been carefully mentored and directed by our ministry. We love her. So much that we take her with us to most of our Pure Freedom events as the lead vocalist.
Recently, she was singled out by Toby Mac. Apparently he loves her, too. Gotee Records has signed her and she’ll be releasing an album very soon. You can check out her first single, Superstar, at her myspace site. Check it out. No really! Check it out!
