Suitcases With Names At Five LIttle Questions!

Some suitcases are just SO big, they need names. Here's  Mary Jayne, Tonya, Julie and Kim with theirs. I believe the big black one in the foreground is called "The Beast." (Ladies it was only four days!)

If anything was big this past weekend, it was worship! Stephanie Peters led us so beautifully in times of refreshing, beginning on Thursday night with what I've come to call "Spontaneous Silence." For thirty minutes, we just sat in the Presence of our Dear Savior. Oh, how he washed over us.

We came up for breath from the serenity on Friday by learning Stacy's great dance move. (Remember: Not to power bag! Keep it low!)

Janie, Eileen and Chizzy try out Stacy's moves! Of course, we learned on Sunday morning that Chizzy didn't need any help, as she worshipped the Lord before us.

Our finale on Saturday included a stop at a cave. Chizzy, Susan, Jen, Linda and Mari Jayne prepare to enter with their candles.

David's cave of Addullum was where God carved his character. In that place of loneliness and waiting, he truly became a man after God's own heart. He knew who he was in Christ.

Who are you?

I'm "Dannah, a teacher by the will of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ!" I'm embracing my cave (and being certain to relinquish any cold smelly fish) and finding that I'm no more a teacher than David was King. He's etching out my character in the caves of my life.

Embrace them, dear ones!

Ok...the over-packers are my people! I'm with ya!
Although Kim did have a huge body bag suitcase plus a pretty good sized carry-on...maybe a little more than I would have packed had I been flying!

And I'm convinced that Stacy's dance is out of this world!

Hey Dannah,I read your book 'And the Bride Wore White' and I couldn't have gotten the book in a more appropriate time in my life.It has truly made a difference in my life.It has truly encouraged me to stand strong in my decision to live a lifestyle of purity.I'm goning through something similar to what you went through but I'm not worried because I know I'm not going through it alone, I have Jesus by my side and as you said "he is sovereign and he is enough"...you're an inspiration and a true woman of God...continue living for Christ and living a life of purity...Stay Blessed!!!
